Modernising Brands - Sony Ericsson
With evolution of logos from the 3D to the flat we were given the task to update an old brand in the space of an hour. I decide to do Sony Ericsson. This is because I personally felt that the previous logo was out dated and the newer version works better within the evolution of media and design. The new ever design has received positive response from the public, through the media channel: Instagram
The flat and simpler designs work with the evolution of design because the flat solid colours makes it easier for the brain to deconstruct the image being presented to them and makes the whole interpretation of the design a lot quicker. This evolution is present in the Apple smartphone home page, Instagrams latest logo.
