WWE - Making the Trailor

As part of the brief the client wanted a video highlighting the concept in a short video explaining the idea. I wanted to pitch the concept to the client as if we were on the game show and try to rap the presentation. But we ran out of time and what we had written did not sound great so it was best to not do it. I would rather deliver a solid pitch than a half effort that was incomplete.

I was responsible for making the trailer. To make the video I took inspiration from the videos I research as part of out initial ideas and research planning. I wanted to create a dubbed video that appeared as though the wrestlers were rapping and it was auto-tuned. However, what I had planned was not achievable in the time frame we had, even though we had an extension I was working on the Ravensbourne Degree show as a creative director. So for this project it was a real balancing act learning about time management and sharing the workload out.

To make the video I used Premier to collate and edit the videos I had sourced on youtube. I then used aftereffects to ad in the text animation as well as the sound track from Dr Dre suggested to us by Xavi.
